Warhorse, the vitamin-enriched energy drink brand, has announced a partnership with Zhao Jiaju, one of China’s leading trail runners. Zhao won a major international 330-kilometer ultramarathon in a record 65 hours, 55 minutes and 22 seconds, ending 16 years of European dominance and becoming the event’s first Chinese champion. Originally from Xiangxi, Zhao entered professional trail running with a deep passion for the sport. He progressed from a little-known local runner to one of China’s leading competitors before reaching the top of the podium at a major international endurance event. His career has been shaped by years of demanding competition over long, rugged courses. His determination to overcome difficult terrain reflects the perseverance central to endurance sport and the resilience of Chinese athletes.

The partnership brings together a Chinese brand and a Chinese athlete under the theme “China’s energy, striving for the summit.” Warhorse has witnessed Zhao’s dedication and perseverance on the trails and will provide energy and support as he pursues further success. The partnership carries a shared message: “Warhorse and Zhao Jiaju: China’s energy, moving forward.”
